One of three men on trial for the first-degree murder of a 12-year-old boy, who was struck by a stray bullet on Jane Street nearly five years ago, testified Wednesday.

Toronto Police Insp. Hank Idsinga told reporters the suspect was arrested after getting off a plane in Halifax. He was charged in connection with the shooting death of a 12-year-old boy.
