A man riding the Toronto subway was stabbed in the face with a broken bottle and police are now appealing to the public for help in identifying the suspect. 

Three recent armed robberies at TTC stations are a “slap in the face” to the public transit agency and the Toronto police, Staff Inspector Mike Earl said at a press conference Monday.
