Edmonton police have charged two people with first-degree murder in relation to the shooting death of Chad Jordan Swanson more than a decade ago.

Investigators believe between 20 and 30 bullet rounds were fired between the the two cars as they drove up 97 Street in north Edmonton on Friday afternoon.
