Chantel Greene is a single mom who works full-time managing the car wash and laundromat at Fisher River Cree Nation, a three-hour drive north of Winnipeg.

'I think (in) the next few years, this is going to be a tricky time for a lot of families,' said Heather Thomson, the executive director of the Alberta School of Business.
