A grand jury Wednesday charged the white 18-year-old accused of fatally shooting 10 Black people with domestic terrorism motivated by hate and 10 counts of first-degree murder.

A new document emerged Monday that authorities have attributed to the Buffalo shooter that said he was "not joking" about writing he wanted to commit murder/suicide.
