Stanley and Leona Clifford left behind three children, seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren when they died after contracting COVID-19 in December.

Rapid testing of all staff and residents could be used as a tool to help stop the spread of the virus. The goal is to turn results around in as little as 15 minutes.
