The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and the opposition’s Syrian Civil Defense said four people, including a child and two women, were killed in airstrikes on the rebel-held village of Bara.

New airstrikes and shelling on the besieged, rebel-held suburbs of the Syrian capital killed at least 10 people on Wednesday, a rescue organization and a monitoring group said.
