Here are five things you can do virtually in #OurYYC:
1.The City of Calgary has all sorts of fun things to do to keep active and have fun at home this summer. Each week, they’ll update their list of activities with new and fun things to do.
2. Cardiac Theatre, in partnership with What It Is Productions, presents The Alberta Queer Calendar Project: a full year of podcast drama from queer, Albertan writers in 2020. Episodes are released monthly in 2020 and are free to access from this site, or wherever you get your podcasts.
3. The Social Distancing Festival is a celebration of art from all over the world. The site showcases amazing talent and allows the art community to come together and support one another.
4.Find your Library online! These’s something for everyone with the Calgary Public Library virtual offerings – kids crafts, virtual storytime, audiobooks, digital magazines, streaming music, and loads of online resources.
5.Experience the Calgary Philharmonic from your home. Calgary Phil All Access is your one-stop shop where you’ll find their most recent videos, featured live-streams, blog posts, and news from their musicians!
