These two youngsters have a bright bright future in the musical industry make sure you catch their show before they assend to superstar status !! Bees and the Bare Bones Bees and the Bare Bones are a duo out of Kamloops B.C Consisting of Madison Olds and Abbey Wale They rose to fame last summer on the CMT network when they won the Chevy tailgate contest . They have since done two trips to Nashville and recorded a couple of singles . Abbey and Madison are another example of the amazing talent available in our region . JayDee Bixby And finally our headliner JayDee Bixby is an Alberta boy who came inches away from winning Canadian idol 5 . He followed that up with three albums and a rigorous touring schedule before taking a break to raise his family . He is returning to the music scene in a big way and he is including us in his nationwide classic country food drive tour . The Big Barriere Block Party ll will be held on June 10th 2017 at The Barriere Bandshell in Fadear park it is a by donation event with profits going to the North Thompson Volunteer and information center .
