Kingston police say they have located a person reported missing earlier Tuesday.
Police were looking for 33-year-old Sam Filianore, who was last seen at the Binnington Court entrance of the K&P Trail around 9:20 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Around 3:30 p.m., police say they located Filianore, who is safe.
Police extended thanks to those who assisted in their search
