Vancouver police confirm two children who were allegedly abducted Thursday night have been returned home and are safe.
Police said one woman has been arrested in connection with the incident.
Police were looking for a woman who allegedly abducted the two children from their mother’s home in the Strathcona neighbourhood on Thursday evening.
