The women disappeared from the Prince George area between the fall of 2009 and the fall of 2010.

Legebokoff was arrested in November 2010 after an RCMP officer stopped a vehicle that pulled onto a highway from an unused logging road.

When the tracks were retraced, officers found the body of 15-year-old Loren Leslie.

Police later linked the case to the deaths of three other women.
