An Oshawa judge was set to deliver his ruling Friday, but court heard the jail where Cory Fenn is detained has a COVID-19 outbreak and will be under lockdown for at least two weeks.

Fenn has pleaded not guilty to three counts of second-degree murder for the deaths of 39-year-old Krassimira Pejcinovski, her 13-year-old daughter, Venellia, and her 15-year-old son, Roy.

The decision is now expected on February 10, but the judge has set aside another date the following week just in case the lockdown continues.
