Lost and found: Kelowna woman finds camera, hopes to find owner

KELOWNA — A Kelowna woman is hoping to find the owner of a camera she found in the Schuswap last week.

Juliet Symchysm was at Eagle Bay when she noticed a camera lying in driftwood. Symchysm says the camera has hundreds of photos and many appear to be of family on special occassions. Now shes hoping someone might recognize the people so it can be returned to its rightful owner.

“You could see right back to Christmas,” said Symchysm. ” The family chopping wood, there’s a dog, a grandma, returning it is the rightful thing to do. It’s no benefit keeping the camera but I know she will very much want her camera back.”
