TORONTO – An 80-year-old man has died from the West Nile Virus in Toronto.
Toronto Public Health (TPH) indicated the person passed away during the last “two weeks.”

TPH says there were two confirmed cases of West Nile Virus so far in 2013, including the death.
In 2012, Toronto had a total of 94 human cases and one person died as a result.
