EDMONTON- In anticipation of warm weather this weekend, the City of Edmonton has reopened an outdoor pool that had already closed for the season, and is encouraging people to enjoy some fun in the sun.
Mill Creek and Fred Broadstock outdoor pools shut down after the Labour Day Long Weekend, but the City of Edmonton announced Thursday that Mill Creek’s outdoor pool will reopen for Saturday, September 7 and Sunday, September 8.
Fred Broadstock pool, which closed for the season on September 2, will remain closed.
Oliver outdoor pool will be open Friday September 6, from 3 to 7 p.m., weather permitting. The pool will then shut down for the season at 7 p.m. on Friday.
Queen Elizabeth outdoor pool will remain open through the weekend and as weather permits.
