TORONTO – Three people are facing first-degree murder charges after a 21-year-old man was fatally shot Monday afternoon in Toronto.
Police say officers found Yusuf Ahmed of Toronto suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper body (near Albion Rd. and Weston Rd.)

Ahmed was taken to his hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Investigators arrested and charged 19-year-old Emmanuel Ansah of Toronto later Monday afternoon.
Two young people are also charged with first-degree murder.
