Three people are in hospital after a morning crash in Charleswood Wednesday.
Police said the crash happened at about 1:15 a.m. in the 700 block of Dale Boulevard. The driver of a grey SUV lost control and hit a tree, said police.
The driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries, while two male passengers were taken to hospital, one in stable, the second in critical condition.
Police said earlier Wednesday that four people had been taken to hospital, but amended that number officially a few hours later.
Winnipeg police marked off a portion of Dale Boulevard from Alder Bay and Chiltern Place.
The grey SUV ended up on the sidewalk on Dale Boulevard, with its front and passenger sides crushed. Deployed air bags could also be seen in the wreckage.
There were no immediate details on what caused the crash.
