During the construction, two-way traffic will be maintained on the southbound lanes of Ring Road and at times during construction there will be no access to the entrance/exit ramps at Wascana parkway, Assiniboine avenue, Arcola Avenue and Victoria Avenue.

The construction is scheduled to be finished by mid September depending on the weather.
