Niagara Regional Police believe a shooting on Halloween night in Niagara Falls was likely targeted.
Detectives say several men in their mid-twenties were involved in a “physical altercation” on Ellen Avenue at Centre Street just before midnight.
Three of the men were injured in the incident and sent to hospital with “non-life-threatening injuries.”

Police say the shots were fired in a busy area just blocks away from a tourist district near Clifton Hill.
