After interviewing witnesses and both occupants of the hotel suite, officers took a female suspect into custody.

Richer said no charges were filed so his department can’t release the suspect’s name.

On Tuesday, TMZ.com reported it was Roberts, the 22-year-old niece of Julia Roberts and daughter of Eric Roberts, who was taken into custody.

The website said officers allegedly noticed Peters had a bloody nose and, according to a source, a bite mark.
