Manitoba has no new cases of the novel coronavirus to report, according to provincial health officials Tuesday.
This leaves the number of confirmed and probable cases at 304.
There are currently five active cases with 292 people now considered recovered. No one is in hospital for the virus.
The total number of deaths remains at seven.
There were 234 tests done Monday, bringing the total up to 54,614 since February.
City services to reopen
The city of Winnipeg says they will be reopening some services in coming weeks.
- 400 staff have been recalled to community services
- Outdoor pools will start opening July 3, with limited capacity, by appointment only
- Wading pools will start opening July 3, with limited capacity
- Animal services will partially reopen on June 17
- The Skywalk downtown will reopen June 22 at 6 a.m.
“Swimmers must come prepared to swim as lockers will not be available, and there will be limited use of change rooms, washrooms, and showers,” said the city in a release.
“Social distancing is still required and individuals must maintain a distance of at least two metres from every other individual while queuing to enter the pool, on the pool deck, and in the water; however, this does not apply to people who can demonstrate that they are living together in the same household.”
