TORONTO – A massive storm hit Toronto Monday evening just in time for the rush hour commute. Roads were reduced to a crawl as the skies blackened and rain soaked the city. Subway service throughout the city was halted as the rain interfered with signal systems, flooded subway stations, highways and downtown streets. Photos from the storm above.
