Assistant Chief Ken Gemmill says when crews arrived around 6 p.m., they found 3 to 4 tents on fire.

“Looked like one, and it turned out to be a few. The flames were about 5 or 6 feet high, they extinguished it quickly.”

Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.

Crews say the charred tents were filled with so much debris, determining the cause of the fire may be impossible.

Firefighters were able to knock down the fire a short time later.
