Ottawa police have charged 58-year-old Paul Hulbert in connection with the stabbing death of his father, 90-year-old John Hulbert, earlier this week.
Police announced Thursday afternoon that Paul Hulbert will be charged with second-degree murder after his father was found dead in his Grenon Avenue home on Monday evening.

Paul Hulbert is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
Police are still asking anyone with information about the incident to contact the Ottawa Police Service homicide unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 5493.
