15 passenger van involved in Mossbank, SK collision

A 15 passenger van was involved in a single vehicle collision which caused minor injuries near Mossbank, SK.

Around 8 a.m. RCMP from Gravelbourg and Moose Jaw were called to the collision on Highway 2, 21 km north of Mossbank.

The van carrying 13 passengers was traveling northbound to Winnipeg when it entered the ditch and struck the embankment.

All the occupants were taken to hospitals in Moose Jaw and Gravelbourg to be assessed.

Roads were icy at the time of the collision. Investigators are currently looking into the cause.

Highway 2 is now open to traffic and the RCMP is asking drivers to adjust their speed depending on road conditions.
