A four-year-old girl is lucky to be alive after falling into a well in northern India.
The girl named Tannu was rescued from the 35-metre deep bore well in the state of Haryana, after being trapped for about 10 hours.

The brother of the girl said they were playing when his sister plunged down the narrow well.
ANI News reports he tried to rescue Tannu, before alerting villagers.
It took rescuers, using shovels and an excavator to dig alongside the well, eight hours to pull the girl out.
Local authorities say she is in stable condition in hospital.
