They say one of the men and the victim had been fishing in a canoe when it overturned.

One of the men managed to swim to shore but the other is presumed drowned.

Police say neither was wearing a personal flotation device and that alcohol is believed to have been a factor.

The search for the victim continues. No names have been released.
