UPDATE: Deadly Surrey crash claims five family members

RCMP say five people are dead in a deadly crash in Surrey Sunday afternoon – three adults and two children – all from the same family.

Police say a man driving a white Dodge Caravan was travelling westbound on 32nd Avenue and may have ran a red light resulting in collision with the black Toyota Corolla heading northbound on 176th Street.

The Corolla was driven by a 31-year-old female driver along with four passengers [three females aged 3, 47 and 68 years old and a 5-year-old male]. All five Surrey residents and family members were deceased at the scene.
