Prince Albert RCMP are reminding all snowmobilers to never ride on private property without permission from the landowner.
The RCMP detachment said on March 15 they have received complaints from landowners surrounding Prince Albert, Sask., regarding snowmobilers trespassing on private land.
The Trespass To Property Act makes it an offence, without lawful authority, to enter onto posted or enclosed lands or other premises without the consent of the owner or another occupier.

Police said snowmobilers contravening the Act could be fined up to $2,000.
Prince Albert RCMP said they will be making patrols to ensure snowmobilers operate within the current legislation.
