Drugs, stolen property found after Cambridge man arrested for outstanding assault charges: police

On Wednesday, Waterloo Regional Police arrested a man in Cambridge on outstanding warrants and say they discovered suspected meth and stolen property.

According to police, the man was being sought on several charges including assault with a weapon and uttering threats.

Upon arrival at a home on Hilltop Drive in Cambridge at around 9:40 p.m., police say they also recovered the stolen goods and found the drugs.

The 29-year-old Cambridge man has also been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property.
