Kitchener Rangers double up Erie Otters
A hat trick from Riley Damiani helped the Kitchener Rangers record a 6-3 win over the Otters in Erie on Wednesday night.
Damiani opened the scoring on the power play at the 8:35 mark of the first period. Joseph Garreffa and Rickard Hugg would record assists on the play extending the former’s point streak to 18 games.

The Otters would get the advantage at the 15:31 mark of the second period on a goal from Mathew MacDougall but the Rangers would be the ones to answer quickly this time as Damiani would score again less than a minute later.
The second period would end in a 2-2 deadlock.
Garreffa would open the scoring just under two minutes into the third as the Rangers would go in front for good.
His goal was followed by a marker from Alexey Lipanov before Gera Poddubnyi countered for Erie.
