Halton police recover SMART Board reported stolen from Milton school

Halton police have returned a stolen SMART Board to a local school in Milton. Halton Regional Police

Some stolen property has been returned to a school in Milton.

On Friday, Halton police executed a search warrant at a residence where officers say they recovered an interactive SMART Board that had been reported stolen from a nearby school.

The device has since been returned.

Two men in their 20s are now charged with possession of stolen property and will appear in court next month.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding this investigation to contact Det. Const. Mark Brewster of the 1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4747 ext. 2428.
