MONTREAL – One of the suspects arrested in the alleged Via train terror plot has arrived in Montreal for a bail hearing on Tuesday.
According to a spokesperson with the RCMP, Chiheb Esseghaier is expected to face five charges: three terrorism-related counts, interfering with transportation facilities and first-degree murder.

The 30-year-old is scheduled to appear in a high security courtroom at the Palais de Justice at 11 a.m. ET.
