A worker at a Regina steel plant has been seriously injured.
A spokesperson with Evraz says an accident happened at its rolling mill Wednesday morning.
The employee was taken to hospital, multiple co-workers who did not want to be named said the employee lost his arm in the accident.

According to those same sources, employees were told the victim is in stable condition following the accident at a post-incident safety meeting that took place Wednesday night.
The company did not release further details about what happened.
It says it is looking into the cause and circumstances of the accident.
