RCMP say a man has been charged following an altercation in Moncton.
Joshua Belliveau, 31, of Memramcook, NB, is facing a single count of assault causing bodily harm.

Police were called to a residence on Whitney Avenue off Killam Drive at about 10:15 p.m Wednesday.
When they arrived, officers say they found three men in the area of Whitney Avenue and Argyle Street who were injured.

Police say a fourth man was seen running away.
Sgt. Louis Robichaud of Codiac RCMP says two of three men have been released from hospital, while one has been taken into custody.
RCMP are still searching for the fourth man, but they said Thursday they believe they know who he is.

Belliveau appeared in Moncton provincial court Friday to answer the charge, and he was remanded until a bail hearing scheduled for Feb. 8.
Police are still asking anyone who has any information from the incident to speak with Codiac RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
