A 16-year-old teen is facing first-degree murder charges in connection to Regina’s eighth homicide of 2017.
Police were called Oct. 27, 2017, to the 1000 block of Atkinson Street where a man was lying outside and appeared not to be breathing. EMS confirmed that 26-year-old Kelvin Kim Pasap was dead at the scene.
Police arrested the 16-year-old teen on Jan. 23 and have charged him with the homicide.

The youth, who cannot be named, made his first appearance in youth court on Jan. 24.
