Police were on the scene of a fatal collision in Delta on Tuesday night.
Police said a vehicle was turning northbound out of a parking lot around the 9000-block of 120 Street around 7:30 p.m. when a pedestrian was struck.

The pedestrian, a 44-year-old Surrey man, was taken to hospital where he later died of his injuries.
The street was closed from Nordel Way to 90 Ave. for several hours before the road re-opened.
