A driver will be digging deep in the wallet to pay for a speeding ticket after being nabbed for doing 125 km/h in a 60 km/h construction zone.
The driver was fined $1752.
RCMP say it happened on Hwy. 10 south of Minnedosa.
“Ouch! That’s gonna hurt the wallet,” the RCMP tweeted Wednesday morning.
Manitoba has some of the highest speeding fines in North America, with fines nearly double in construction zones.
