Niagara police seize cocaine, charge 2 people following drug investigation

NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. – Police say they seized 475 grams of cocaine after investigating a man accused of distributing drugs from his home and car in Niagara Falls, Ont.

They say officers searched three locations on Monday and made two arrests.

Investigators say they seized money and “trafficking paraphernalia” along with the cocaine.

They say a 46-year-old man has been charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime.

A 38-year-old woman was also charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.

Police say both of the accused are scheduled to appear in court.
