A patient from the Colony Farm Forensic Psychiatric Hospital who was reported missing and was wanted on a Canada wide warrant has been located.
Coquitlam RCMP said 44-year-old Shane Clay was reported as an unauthorized absence at the facility on Riverview grounds on Friday.

Mounties said Clay suffers from a mental illness and was found safe and sound.
