Vehicle identified in fatal pedestrian Maple Ridge hit-and-run

Photo submittedRidge Meadows RCMP have identified and located the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run that killed a Maple Ridge woman.
At around 10:00 p.m. Thursday, a white 2017 Honda Civic was travelling west bound in the 21-800 block of Lougheed Highway when it struck a 32 year old woman.
The suspect vehicle did not remain at the scene.
The woman died at the scene and is identified as Tassis Vix, a mother and employee at the Haney Animal Hospital.

Police are looking for any witnesses who saw the white Honda Civic driving in the area between 9:45 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. or a white Honda Civic with a damaged front around this time.
