Manitoba Hydro said nearly 6,500 customers were without power in Winnipeg Wednesday morning.
The outages comes one week after another outage put over 16,000 customers in the dark in Transcona/St. Boniface.

Hydro confirmed a few hydro pole fires caused the latest outages in several areas, including Old St. Vital, St. Boniface and Windsor Park.
Crews were working to fix the issues and encourage drivers to take extra care where traffic signals are out.
