City of Kawartha Lakes police continue to investigate after a man was found injured outside a convenience store in Lindsay on Saturday night.

Police were contacted around 9:25 p.m. about a man who had been found injured and “barely conscious” outside MacLind Convenience and Variety Store on Albert Street South.

The man was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Police secured the scene and searched for evidence.

No other details have been provided.
