Nearly a month after a woman died following a crash in Dundas, police have charged the driver involved in the collision.
Police say the 71-year-old Dundas woman was hit by a tow truck while walking through the crosswalk at King and Syndenham streets on Feb. 6.

She was transported to hospital with serious head injuries and died on Feb. 15.
Police have now charged a 40-year-old Hamilton man with careless driving.
He is scheduled to appear in court on April 23.
