Footage shot by local news outlet Izmir Haber showed a woman falling down as she tried to cross to an adjacent building as flames engulfed the hotel.
Another woman was later seen jumping off the balcony to avoid the flames.
Turkish media reported that the second woman hit an electrical wire before landing on a car.
The two women were taken to hospital in “serious condition,” Turkey’s Dogan news agency reported.
Two others were also taken to a state hospital for smoke inhalation.
Investigators believe the fire may have been caused after a cellphone battery ignited inside the hotel.
