Three people are facing multiple charges after a firearm bust in Regina.

On February 26, at approximately 10:42 p.m., police were dispatched to the 400 block of Balfour Drive for a firearms related call.

Police arrived and called the occupants out of the residence which was then cleared by police.

Among the items seized was a machete and a loaded firearm.

Chris Alvin Favel, 32, Arissa Renee Tawiyaka, 21, and Albert William Joseph Saddleback, 28, all of Regina, were arrested and charged with possession of a loaded or restricted firearm, tampering with a serial number of firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm among others.

All three charged made their first appearance in Provincial Court February 27 at 9:30 a.m.
