Sepia Films is back in the Okanagan to shoot a new TV movie, A Father’s Nightmare.
It is a sequel to a film shot in the area in 2012, A Mother’s Nightmare.
A Father’s Nightmare is the ninth movie Sepia Films has shot in the Okanagan.

It’s directed by Vic Sarin (Partition, A Shine of Rainbows, Cold Comfort), and stars Jessica Lowndes (90210, A Deadly Adoption) and Annabeth Gish (X Files, Mystic Pizza). The movie is being produced for Lifetime and A&E International.

“We are doing things right when production companies are returning year after year with multiple productions,” Okanagan film commissioner Jon Summerland said in a news release. “During the spring and summer, we have been very busy with more projects in various stages of development than ever before, which is creating continued industry growth in this area. And animation in the region, as always, is growing steadily.”
