RCMP say just before 7:30 p.m., multiple suspects arrived at the home near 266th Street and 29th Avenue and forced their way inside.

Police say that’s when the 27-year-old occupant was shot. The suspects then fled.

The victim’s injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

Police say it appears the incident was not random and the residence was targeted.
