Manitoba RCMP have called for drivers to slow down and drive for conditions Monday, particularly on the Trans-Canada Highway.
Westbound travel had been diverted around a crash involving a semi-trailer on Highway 1 at Highway 16; the highway re-opened around 10:30 a.m.
There’s no word on how many people were involved or the severity of injuries.

Police reported that they were called to multiple incidents across Southern Manitoba.
Manitoba Highway Conditions road report also showed blowing snow and icy conditions on Highway 1, east of the city to Hadashville.
